FAQ

  • Are polymer clay earrings heavy? Not at all! All of our earrings are very lightweight.

  • Are the metal components hypoallergenic? All of our metal components are nickel-free and hypoallergenic!

  • Are earring posts/backs glued? Our process to attach earring posts is to first glue them and then permanently fix them to the clay using UV-cured resin. This method is extremely effective at securing posts and guarantees that the post will not fall off. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

  • Do you accept returns? All sales are final. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns, but please contact us at clay.crafts2024@gmail.com if your earrings arrive damaged from shipping within 5 days of receipt. Please note that since each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in design. Clay + Crafts is not responsible for broken or damaged pieces once they are in your hands. Please read the "Care Instructions" to help protect your clay pieces.

  • When will I receive my order?Expect 3-5 business days for processing. Once your item is dropped at the post office, you should get an anticipated arrival date - that is entirely depending on the mail carrier.

  • My earrings are here and they don’t look exactly like the picture? As with all handmade items, you should expect minor differences. No two clay slabs are exactly the same - especially when techniques such as marbling is used. We simply cannot photograph and sell each individual pair.

  • Can I cancel my order? If you want to cancel your order, reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate the cancellation. Once a package has been shipped, we won’t be able to refund you.

  • What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?According to USPS, we must wait 7 days for Priority Mail Express and 15 days for Priority Mail before filing a claim for the lost package. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can find a solution.

  • What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
